A Mark of Potency, Rank 4 is a refining stone used in the refinement process to upgrade an enchantment or artifact. At the Wondrous Bazaar they are for sale. Allegedly, they also drop from [Enchanted Coffer] .

Tooltip

This Refining Stone is a key component used to upgrade Enchantments, Runestones, and Artifacts during the Refinement process.

It can also be consumed for Refinement Points, but much of its power is wasted in this way.

Refining Stones are used in the Refinement process. Right click on any Enchantment, Runestone, or Artifact to bring up the Item Refinement window.

These items can be found from Epic Dungeon Bosses, and can be found on the Wondrous Bazaar.
